BRIDGTON BOTTLED GAS Bridgton Service Center began with Steve Barker and Emile Perreault in 1966 on Main Street in Bridgton. In 1998 Emile's son, Todd and business partner Doug Holt, formerly of T&R Plumbing in Harrison, purchased the company. Since then, Doug and Todd have continued to respond to the plumbling and heating needs of Bridgton and surrounding towns. Bridgton Service Center has expanded to include A Plus Plumbing and Heating as well as Bridgton Bottled Gas. The two companies have 11 local, full time employees; some employees have been with the Bridgton Service Center Group for more than 30 years, many of them for at least 10 years - making it even more impressive that we offer a combined experience of over 150 years! Nearly all of the employees are also recognized for their community involvement with the local Fire and Rescue Departments, offering their time and talents to protect and serve the residents and visitors of the area.
